Provide tube outside diameter, tube material, relevant wall thickness and male or female flare arrangement.
Define each connection, including the complete thread callout, gender and sealing method.
Provide cone or seat dimensions, bore, overall length, hex, wrench clearance, tolerances and required surface finish.
State the medium or refrigerant, operating pressure, test pressure, temperature range, vibration and mating component.
Specify the brass grade, lead restrictions, plating or coating, cleanliness and compliance requirements.
Define thread gauges, sealing-surface inspection, cleanliness controls and any required leak-test method and responsibility.
Include sample quantity, first-order quantity, estimated annual demand, packaging and labeling requirements.
