Made-to-drawing custom brass hose barb adapters for industrial equipment, hose assemblies and private-label fitting programs. Hose fit, barb geometry, opposite connection, material and inspection scope are confirmed from the drawing and application before quotation.
No NPT, NPTF, BSP, metric thread, hose material, clamp method, pressure rating, media compatibility or certification is assigned by default. Push-on, push-lock, push-to-connect and branded hose systems require separate geometry and application review.

Provide the hose inside diameter, hose material, wall construction and the mating hose reference when available.
Specify the barb outside diameters, number of barbs, pitch, insertion length, end form and any controlled drawing features.
Provide the complete thread or other connection callout, nominal size, gender, sealing method and mating component.
State whether the assembly uses a clamp, crimp ferrule, another retention method or a customer-defined no-clamp profile.
Provide the medium, pressure, temperature, vibration, installation environment and required test basis.
State the required brass alloy, finish, lead restrictions and documentation or compliance requirements.
Include drawing revision, sample or order quantity, annual demand, inspection method, packaging and labeling.
