Information we collect
The RFQ workflow may collect business contact details, company information, destination, product codes, technical requirements and files that you choose to provide.
How the information is used
Information is used to review your request, clarify technical and commercial requirements, prepare a quotation and maintain project communication.
Customer drawings
Customer drawings and technical files are handled as private project information and are not used as public website media without separate authorization.
AI-assisted review
AI pre-check is optional. When enabled, it may extract candidate fields and missing inputs for buyer correction and human review. It does not approve manufacturability, design or quotation commitments.
Analytics and advertising
Where required, non-essential analytics and advertising tags load after your consent choice. Technical drawings, filenames and RFQ contact details are not intended for advertising analytics.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records are retained only as needed for quotation, project follow-up, legal obligations and dispute prevention. Use the contact page to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
