BOREVIA Flow Components

Pressure Gauge and Sensor Adapter Components

Custom brass gauge adapters, sockets and sensor connections made to your drawing, with thread, bore, sealing interface and inspection requirements reviewed before quotation.

Specify both sides of the instrument connection

Start with the gauge or sensor interface and the process connection. The product family describes drawing-based component types; it is not a list of stocked parts with universal pressure ratings.

  1. 1

Identify the instrument-side and process-side threads separately. Include the complete thread designation and size from the mating drawing, such as NPT, BSPP or BSPT; a label saying only BSP needs clarification. Show the sealing location and any required seal or washer.

  2. 2

State bore, shoulder and wrench-clearance requirements; mark critical dimensions on the drawing revision.

  3. 3

Include the medium, working conditions, material requirement and inspection scope in the quotation request.

Choose the closest part type, then define your specification

These are manufacturing starting points rather than fixed catalog ratings. Your approved drawing controls the final part.

Define the interfaces before quotation

Adapters, sockets and connection bodies reviewed around thread, bore, sealing interface and instrument integration.

No rating or certification is assigned by appearance.

Material, pressure, temperature, media compatibility, testing and compliance remain project-specific until reviewed.
