Provide the body or component drawing, revision and mating interfaces. Mark seat geometry, cavities, threads and sealing surfaces that require inspection.

List the bonnet, stem, seat, packing, seals and fasteners included in the request. Quote machining and any requested assembly work as separate scopes.

State material, quantity, medium and operating conditions, together with surface-finish and test requirements. Distinguish component inspection from complete-valve pressure or leakage testing.
