BOREVIA Flow Components

Bar-Fed CNC Turning for Custom Brass Components

Made-to-drawing brass fittings, adapters, valve components and instrument connection parts produced through compact turning cells, secondary operations and human engineering review before quotation.

Six capabilities behind a repeatable order

Each capability is linked to a defined quotation output, giving procurement and engineering teams a clearer basis for comparison.

Bar-Fed CNC Turning

Facing, outside and inside turning, boring, shoulders, grooves, sealing seats and cut-off features are planned from the actual geometry.

Threads and Bores

Internal and external metric, G/BSP and NPT features are matched to the drawing, mating requirement and agreed gauge method.

Secondary Features

Radial holes, wrench flats, slots, reaming, tapping and deburring are coordinated after the main turning operation.

Repeat-Order Control

Approved revision, inspection basis, packaging and change points are carried into later batches.

Capability is confirmed per RFQ.

Tolerance, output, lead time and test scope are not assumed from a generic machine list.
