01Requested supply scope
State machined body only, additional locknut requested, complete union requested for capability review, or not sure.
02Tube interfaces
Provide both tube outside diameters, units and the customer-defined compression interfaces or drawing references.
03Panel mounting envelope
Specify panel-hole diameter, panel-thickness range, shoulder location, body thread, wrench flats and required clearances.
04Mating compression system
Provide the nut, ferrule or sleeve arrangement and interface drawing; no branded-system interchangeability is assumed.
05Body geometry
Include bore, overall length, concentricity, shoulders, tolerances and critical surface requirements.
06Operating conditions
Provide the medium, pressure, temperature, vibration and assembly-level test requirements for engineering review.
07Material and finish
State the required brass alloy, finish, lead restrictions and documentation requirements.
08Order and inspection scope
Provide drawing revision, sample or order quantity, annual demand, inspection method, packaging and labeling.
